Our People
At Dematec, we place a high emphasis on creating an environment where the best people are engineering the best solutions. This results in our engineers and trades people becoming successful problem solvers, who are motivated to produce outcomes that have suitable and cost effective solutions. This, combined with our technical competencies, means that our people are able to respond effectively to the challenges of our customers’ projects.
Dematec was founded in 1990 by current Technical & Marketing Director, Mark Stevens. Our workforce is currently between 20 and 30, and is comprised of engineers, tradespeople, apprentices, students and support staff.
